- Surgical Anesthesia Team Lead (LVT) | Specialty Surgery Supervisor
Description
The best surgery technicians eventually face a choice:
Stay the person who runs anesthesia beautifully…
Or step up and build the team that does it.
If you're ready for the second path, keep reading.
Apex Vets is an independently owned specialty hospital built by people who believed veterinary medicine could feel different: less corporate burnout, more ownership; less hierarchy, more teamwork.
We think of our hospital like a rope team on a climb. Everyone tied to the rope is responsible for helping the team move upward safely and successfully. That philosophy shapes how we hire, lead, and support our people.
